We are a small hobby breeder located SE of Atlanta. We have had an exciting month here at Feathers & Fuzz welcoming maltese, yorkie, maltipoo & maltechon pups into the world! We have lots of snow white boys & some tiny Yorkies that will be available for Christmas. We network with other small responsible breeders to provide quality puppies to wonderful families so if we do not have what you are looking for listed please e-mail me & I can refer you to a responsible breeder in the area! We are also handfeeding 2 little Sun Conures at this time. All puppy parents are 3.5-8 lbs, fully vetted, from champion lines & raised IN our home. Therefore we can provide you with quality, well socialized, health guaranteed tiny fuzzballs to love & pamper for a Long, Long time. Maltese mix puppies are available from time to time, check available puppies & upcoming litters for current breedings.
We are a small IN home hobby breeder licensed and inspected by the state of Georgia.
We specialize in quality teacup & toy sized (3-8 pound) hypo-allergenic puppies (maltese, yorkies, toy sized schnauzers, and maltese mixes inc. the maltipoo).
Our aviary offers small to mid-sized handfed parrot species (Cockatiels to Conures), as well as ringnecks & lovebirds in a variety of colors. We take pride in our babies and our reputation and will strive to make your experience of choosing the perfect pet for your family an enjoyable experience.
All of our puppies are vet checked at birth-3 days, 4 weeks, 6 weeks, and 9 weeks. Immunizations, fecal, heart & lung exam are done at 6 weeks by a licensed vet-Dr. Dennis of Dennis Veterinary Clinic in Conyers GA . Our Miniature Schnauzers & Yorkies have their tails docked & dewclaws removed at 3 days old, we leave ears natural. Our Maltese also have their dewclaws removed. We provide a health certificate with heart, lung, fecal exams, and immunization records and a 90 day written health guarantee with all of our puppies. Additional warranty against genetic defects available on show pups.
We start paper training our little ones at 4 weeks (to make your job easier) , and crate training at 6 weeks if requested. All of our puppies are raised in our home, and well socialized to people and animals of all ages and varieties. We do not kennel ANY of our dogs. Our goal at Feathers and Fuzz is to provide you with a high quality, well adjusted pet that is the perfect size for snuggling. Every new arrival brings great joy and warmth to our home. Thier individuality is indescribable; thier awkwardness hilarious. Family and friends eagerly await each birth, each egg, each hatch, each feather, each wonder of colors about to emerge with playfulness, warmth and tender kisses. The sweet sounds of a begging cockatiel, the playful growling of a 8 ounce ball of fur, the acrobatics of a baby conure, the stubborn steps of an adolescent ringneck; it is still all quite amazing to me. We invite you to come inside and view our babies, feel free to ask questions, collect information, give input, smile, laugh, cry. Each of our babies is very precious and unique. Each with its own quirks and cares, likes and dislikes, but all are wonderful to raise. The wonder of life never grows old.
